Live Well Homecare seeks a Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications and treatments to residents. You will follow physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration, document in MAR/TAR in real time, monitor residents for symptoms, and promptly report concerns to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, medication administration certification, CPR and First Aid certifications, and strong documentation and communication

Qualifications

• Prior experience in senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document all actions in MAR/TAR in real time.
• Monitor residents for symptoms and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain clean medication carts and observe infection control standards.
• Observe residents during medication passes and ensure safety and dignity.
