Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications and treatments to residents in a senior living environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities include following physician orders, documenting in MAR/TAR in real time, monitoring residents, and reporting refusals or concerns promptly. CPR/First Aid certification and strong documentation skills are required; senior care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience in senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Monitor residents during and after medication passes.
• Observe symptoms and administer medications for relief.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts and maintain medication carts/rooms.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
