Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications and care for residents in a compliant, patient-focused environment. You will document every action in MAR/TAR in real time, monitor for symptoms, and report concerns promptly.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, medication administration certification, CPR and First Aid certifications, and strong documentation/communication skills; prior senior care experience is preferred.
