Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications and treatments to residents accurately, safely, and with dignity, following physician orders and regulatory standards. You will document administration in MAR/TAR and monitor residents during passes.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma/GED, medication administration certification, CPR and First Aid, and have strong documentation and communication skills. Experience in senior care is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+.
• Medication Administration certification, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Preferred experience in senior care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Accurately document all medication activities.
• Monitor residents and report changes or concerns.
• Maintain medication safety standards and cleanliness.
• Complete narcotic counts and follow infection control protocols.
