Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a home-like environment. The role includes monitoring health, assisting with daily activities, and helping with medications under supervision.

The position emphasizes safety, dignity, and the promotion of residents' independence, with opportunities for training and advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for designated residents during the shift, checking on them regularly.
• Observe and document residents' symptoms or changes in condition.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisor as needed.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation in resident areas.
• Assist with meals, mobility, bathing, dressing and activities of daily living.
• Support medication administration under supervision and maintain medication records.
• Keep resident rooms and work areas clean and organized.
• Engage residents in activities and encourage independence.
• Greet and assist residents, family members, and staff.
• Complete resident laundry as assigned.
