Job summary

Seaton Senior Living in the Mid Atlantic region seeks a compassionate Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support in a safe, home-like environment. The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities and medication monitoring under supervision.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Observe, report, and document changes in residents’ condition.
• Answer call bells promptly and ensure safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist with meals and tray service.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow care plans.
