Job summary

Integral Senior Living in Hayward, CA is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a safe, home-like environment. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor resident health, document observations, and support medication administration under nurse supervision, while maintaining resident dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and daily routines (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents’ health, observe symptoms, and document changes for the nurse/Health Care Coordinator.
• Respond to call bells and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms and common areas.
• Review and assist with medications under supervision, restock and maintain med carts, and ensure confidentiality of resident information.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
