Responsibilities

Assist residents with medication administration according to physician orders and facility policies.
Accurately document medications and resident care.

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility.
Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care.
Maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members.
