Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Age 18+ required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, transfers).
• Support residents with meals and feeding as needed; ensure hydration and nutrition.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the Nurse/Health Care Coordinator.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas; follow safety and health protocols.
• Document medication administration and assist with medication passes.
• Restock medications and keep medication area organized and clean.
• Engage residents in life enrichment activities and promote independence.
