Job summary

FirstLight Home Care is seeking a Marketing/Networking Specialist in Park Ridge to build relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and prospective clients. You will manage marketing programs, maintain calendars, and record activity in line with FirstLight policies.

The ideal candidate will have networking and sales experience, proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and a compassionate approach to senior care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Previous networking and sales experience preferred.
• Prior community involvement preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, calendars, and scheduling software.
• Experience in senior care is beneficial.
• Empathetic attitude toward caring for the ill and elderly.
• Mature and resilient under job demands.

Responsibilities

• Understands and adheres to established FirstLight policies and procedures.
• Maintains calendars and databases on marketing programs inclusive of prospects, advertising, referrals, mail campaigns, lists, and home care and home shows.
• Completes appropriate visit records in a timely manner as per FirstLight policy.
• Performs initial assessment to create care plan for potential clients.
• Assists in coordinating care for client services.
• Reports changes in client condition to agency employees involved in the client’s care.
• Participates in the quality assurance reviews and evaluations of the agency’s services.
• All other duties as assigned.
