Community Relations & Business Development Representative

FirstLight Home Care – Parkway

Location: Sacramento County to start

Position Summary

The Community Relations & Business Development Representative is responsible for developing referral partnerships and increasing awareness of FirstLight Home Care throughout Sacramento and Solano Counties. Success in this role is measured by relationships built, referral sources activated, community visibility, and ultimately private‑pay client growth.

Business Development

• Develop new referral partnerships

Relationship Management

Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners through:

Marketing

• Deliver marketing materials

• Track leads

• 80–100 referral visits
• 30+ new referral relationships
• 15–20 qualified private‑pay inquiries
• 6–10 new private‑pay assessments scheduled
• 3–5 new private‑pay clients started
