Job summary

FirstLight Home Care is seeking a driven Marketing/Community Outreach professional to build and sustain referral partnerships in the Chicago area. You will design and execute a networking plan, manage CRM activities, and oversee PPC campaigns and social media to drive client growth and brand presence.

The role requires strong communication skills, event attendance, and a track record in external sales or outreach.

Qualifications

• External sales or community outreach experience required or preferred.
• Experience in home care or senior industry preferred.
• Proven ability to set and meet goals autonomously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a networking plan to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Tracks networking efforts and reviews results weekly with Administrator.
• Attends networking events, trade shows, conferences, and expos.
• Responsible for all marketing collateral.
• Manages the CRM system, handles reporting and trains team members.
• Manages PPC and relationship with third party Google Ads company and updates social media.

Key Components of Position:

• Establishes a networking plan to develop and maintain relationships with various referral sources by visiting and interacting with them to maintain and grow partner relationships.
• Tracks networking efforts, reviews results with Administrator on a weekly basis, and revises plan as needed.
• Attends networking events, trade shows, conferences, and expos.
• Responsible for all marketing collateral.
• Manages the CRM system for the agency, handling reporting and training other team members.
• Manages the PPC and relationship with 3 rd party company responsible for our Google ads along with updating other social media.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One-year external sales or community outreach
• Experience in home care or senior industry preferred
• Track record of being self-disciplined and able to reach goals with autonomy
• Proven superior communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with CRM system(s)
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred, but not required
