Senior Helpers in Prescott, AZ is seeking a dynamic Marketing, Digital & Sales Manager to drive strategy, growth, and a positive culture for our newest location.

You will lead marketing initiatives, build partnerships, oversee budgets, and develop sales channels while supporting teams to deliver high‑quality care and service to clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of 5+ years of relevant work experience).
• Experience with aging population needs.
• Senior home care experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable sales, sales development, and sales management experience.
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
• Proactive with foreseeing potential issues and providing resolutions.
• Ability to learn software programs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in developing a marketing strategy for the newest location.
• Oversee budget for marketing provided by the Branch Manager.
• Formulate strategies for partnerships, joint ventures and/or alliances.
• Negotiate and influence to ensure revenue growth.
• Develop strategies to ensure high‑quality client care and efficient use of resources.
• Provide information to community organizations on services provided.
• Develop relationships with referral sources to grow the organization.
• Provide education to the community on services provided.
• Follow up on referrals and leads to ensure best client experience.
• Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and opportunities for market expansion.

The Marketing, Digital & Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing new and innovative marketing methods. This leader’s essential objective is to drive strategy and scale growth. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required.
