Senior Helpers in Prescott, AZ seeks a dynamic Marketing, Digital & Sales Manager to drive strategy and scale growth for our newest location. The candidate will lead strategies that expand client base and referral networks while ensuring high-quality care and efficient resource use.

The ideal candidate has a background in health care sales with an entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on marketing/sales development experience in home care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience with aging population needs
• Senior home care experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrable sales, sales development, and sales management experience
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment
• Proactive with foreseeing potential issues and providing multiple resolutions
• Strong collaboration skills with both subordinate team and corporate partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required
• Ability to learn software programs quickly

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in developing a marketing strategy for the newest location
• Oversee budget for marketing provided by the Branch Manager
• Formulate strategies for both new and existing partnerships, joint ventures and/or alliances
• Negotiate and influence to ensure revenue growth
• Develop strategies that ensure high-quality client care and efficient use of resources
• Provide information to community organizations on services provided
• Develop strong relationships with referral sources to assist growth
• Provide education to the community on services provided
• Follow up on referrals and leads to ensure the best client experience
• Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and identify opportunities for market and client expansion
