Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking a Skilled Maintenance Technician for the Oakmont Campus in Oakmont, PA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with an hourly pay range of $22.00 to $24.00 depending on experience.

The position focuses on skilled preventative and routine building and property maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus an associate’s degree or equivalent in Plumbing/Fitting, HVAC, Electricity, Welding/Fabricating or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Plumbing/Fitting, HVAC, Electricity, Welding/Fabricating or Carpentry and two years of related experience OR 5 years of related work experience OR equivalent education/experience.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to use a work order system.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled preventative and routine building and property maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance calls and emergencies during on-call shifts; conduct inspections.
