Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Plumbing/Fitting, HVAC, Electricity, Welding/Fabricating or Carpentry and two years of related experience OR 5 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled preventative and routine building and property maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance calls, including emergencies, during on-call shifts.
• Inspect facilities to ensure safety and compliance.
