Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a Sunday-Thursday, 9:00am-5:00pm shift in Colorado. The role covers maintenance of the physical plant, common areas, and resident units, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, and assistance with apartment turnovers.

Applicants should have at least six months in building maintenance, a high school diploma, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Strong customer service and communication skills with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Assist with apartment turnovers – painting, carpet cleaning, and pressure washing.
• Maintain grounds, pool and spa as applicable.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment by following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration with other departments.
