Presbyterian SeniorCare Network in Oakmont, PA, seeks a Maintenance Technician for its Oakmont Campus. This full-time, non-exempt role runs M-F, 7:00am–3:30pm, with starting pay $20.00–$22.00/hour depending on experience.

The position supports Westminster Place, The Willows, and Woodside Place by performing general building upkeep and repairs. Ideal candidates hold a HS diploma or GED with three years of maintenance experience or six months of focused trade education in Electricity, HVAC,

Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance experience or six months of specific trade education (Electricity; HVAC; Plumbing/Fitting; Welding/Fabricating; Carpentry).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may apply.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general building and property maintenance.

Requirements For The Maintenance Technician

• Have either a high school diploma or general education degree(GED)and three years of maintenance experience or 6 months of specific education in one of the following trades: Electricity; HVAC; Pluming/Fitting; Welding/Fabricating; or Carpentry. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to effectively interact with residents and team members
