Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of maintenance experience or six months of specific trade education (Electricity; HVAC; Plumbing/Fitting; Welding/Fabricating; Carpentry).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and property maintenance.
• Support and maintain multiple campus facilities to ensure safe, comfortable living spaces.
