Job summary

Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND, a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of housing and services for seniors, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for night shifts. This full-time role supports a Christian environment and involves every other weekend and holiday requirements with potential OT.

Responsibilities include nursing care under supervision, medication administration, and documentation, contributing to residents’ health and comfort while working within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have an LPN license in good standing.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• ND IV therapy qualification required if applicable, or completion of approved IV therapy course.
• Minimum 400 hours of supervised clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents as per care plan.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with health care professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team.
