Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care in our long-term care facility under supervision. You'll assess residents, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents' health, comfort, and safety.

This full-time, night-shift role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program and a current LPN license.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must hold an unencumbered LPN license with the state board and maintain required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Communicate with residents, families, and health care providers to support care plans.
• Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing knowledge and maintain confidentiality.
