Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care in a long-term care setting under RN/physician supervision.

Responsibilities include medication administration, assessments, and documentation, with a focus on resident safety, comfort, and well-being. This role supports an interdisciplinary team and emphasizes compassionate, Christian-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold a current LPN license.
• An Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• If IV therapy is required in ND, completion of an approved IV therapy program or course is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide medications or treatments as ordered and monitor residents.
• Document resident care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team to support care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of care.
