Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; associate degree preferred.
• If IV therapy is required in ND, must have AASPN IV therapy training or an approved course.
• Must have completed supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or 400 hours as an LPN.
• Unencumbered LPN license with state board; maintain CEUs and competency requirements.

Responsabilités
