Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• If IV therapy/management is required, meet North Dakota requirements.
• Have clinical experience across the lifespan or 400 hours as LPN at another facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and per care plan.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, meds, behavior, and diet.
• Collaborate with health care providers and maintain confidentiality.
