Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time night shift coverage. The LPN will provide skilled nursing care in long-term care settings under supervision and administer medications per care plans.

Responsibilities include documentation, resident assessments, and collaboration with physicians and the care team to ensure safety and quality of care for residents. applicable ND licensing and CEU maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• IV therapy or management skills as required by ND regulation.
• Pre-licensure nursing with supervised clinical experience or equivalent hours.
• Maintains required CEU and competency training.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care to long-term residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions, outcomes, and care provided.
• Communicate with residents, families and health care teams.
• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure health, comfort and safety of residents.
