Four Seasons Living Center in Sedalia, MO is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to support residents with empathy and clinical oversight. You will lead daily care, coordinate staff, document assessments, and ensure high-quality elder care in a rehabilitation-focused environment.

The role requires an unencumbered LPN or RN license with long-term care experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication and documentation skills, all aimed at delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered LPN or RN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and quality management focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care to residents
• Assist with dining needs
• Respond promptly to call lights
• Chart and document resident care activities
• Engage, converse, and interact with residents to promote a positive environment
• Lead and coordinate resident care with a rehabilitation focus
• Provide leadership for staff while supporting high-acuity residents
• Ensure quality management practices are followed
• Perform resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent care for elderly residents
