Job summary

Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a 40-hour Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare meals for residents, follow therapeutic diets, and ensure food safety and appealing presentation.

Qualifications

• Prior culinary experience required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Leadership ability to supervise personnel.
• Knowledge of dining service procedures and related laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate resident meals following therapeutic diets.
• Maintain serving temperature and visual appeal of food.
• Follow standardized recipes and sanitation policies.
• Keep kitchen clean and compliant with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Perform duties assigned by the Director of Dining Services.
