Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years sales experience.
• Proven field sales or grassroots marketing success; senior value-based care or Medicare exposure.
• Strong knowledge of senior healthcare market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Consultative selling and closing skills with ability to tailor solutions.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with target focus.
• CRM familiarity (Salesforce) and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage seniors through grassroots marketing and partnerships to generate new prospective patients.
• Present our value-based care model and benefits for each individual to improve health outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progression.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and deliver seamless patient experiences.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and opportunities; adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on sales activities, lead funnel, and market insights.
