Job summary

The Village at Germantown, Inc. seeks a dedicated Security/EMT professional to help ensure a safe living environment for our senior residents.

Under the Security/EMT Manager, you will respond to emergencies, perform basic life support, and coordinate with local emergency services as needed. Qualified individuals bring EMT certification, CPR, a valid driver's license, and 3–5 years of EMT experience; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal directions.
• 3–5 years EMT experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EMT Basic or Advanced EMT and CPR certifications required.
• Life Safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and provide CPR and basic life support.
• Gathers data during routine inspections to support response plans.
• Coordinate with EMS, police, and other resources as needed.
• Patrol premises to prevent intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and vehicles.
• Complete daily activity reports and document incidents and hazards.
