Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Campus Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) to safeguard residents and support emergency operations without ambulance duty.

This full-time role offers shift options 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, or Per Diem/Part Time, a valid driver’s license, CPR and EMR certifications, and opportunities for growth within a growing senior-living network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services preferred.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• EMR certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and relief staffing for the gatehouse.
• Respond to emergency and routine calls for service and enforce traffic rules.
• Coordinate with dispatch and security during calls for service.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide efficient care using basic interventions.
• Document incidents with detailed reports in the online system.
