Job summary

Supreme Senior Living LLC is seeking a compassionate Direct Service Provider to join our Clermont, FL team. You will provide hands-on care and support daily living activities for residents in a residential setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meals, and monitoring health. You will help engage residents in social and cognitive activities while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), caregiver, CNA, or HHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to senior residents.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Support medication reminders and monitor overall health and well-being.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Engage residents in social, recreational, and cognitive activities to promote quality of life.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for all clients.
• Document and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisory staff.
