Job summary

Supreme Senior Living LLC in Clermont, FL is seeking a compassionate Direct Service Provider to join our team. You will provide hands-on personal care and daily living support to our senior residents, helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and meal assistance.

In this role you will support ADLs, monitor health, engage residents in social and cognitive activities, maintain a clean and safe living environment, and report changes to supervisory staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Direct Service Professional (DSP), caregiver, CNA, or HHA preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients safely.
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or special needs individuals.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus; background check required.

Responsibilities
