Job summary

Crest Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support residents with daily living activities in a faith-based, nonprofit setting. You will help with bathing, dressing, meal prep, and transportation, while maintaining a safe and respectful living environment.

We value caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and able to communicate in English. Prior experience in medical or caregiving roles is preferred but not required, and a training program is provided.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in a medical, caregiving, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
• Monitor and report changes in behavior or health
• Help with transportation to appointments or activities
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and team members to deliver holistic care
