Job summary

Supreme Senior Living LLC is seeking a compassionate Direct Service Provider to join our Clermont, FL team. You will provide hands-on care and support daily living activities for residents in a residential setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meals, and monitoring health. You will help engage residents in social and cognitive activities while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), caregiver, CNA, or HHA preferred.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), caregiver, CNA, or HHA preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or special needs individuals
• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and repositioning clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check
