Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, preparation, and serving of meals for special events and functions.
• Work effectively with the dietary department and other hospital staff to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor and report any food allergies or special dietary needs of residents.
• Collaborate with the dietary manager to plan menus and specials.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including food safety and quality control measures.
