Job summary

Concord Post Acute is seeking a dependable and compassionate Full Time Dietary Cook to join our dietary services team. You will prepare nutritious meals for residents while following planned menus and dietary requirements.

We offer a 4x2 rotation with AM and PM shifts (5am–1:30pm and 9:30am–6pm) and competitive hourly pay of $19-$21.00. Join a supportive team dedicated to resident well-being and high food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Must be able to follow recipes and dietary restrictions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation per health regs.
• Ensure food is prepared, stored, and served safely.
• Assist with meal service and kitchen cleanup.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to provide excellent service to residents.
