Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a Sr Data Operations Analyst to design, develop, and implement care management reporting requirements. The role conducts QA testing, data integrity, and analyses, acting as a liaison for interdepartmental data collection and report development in a remote, NC-based capacity.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of hands-on analytics with heterogeneous datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Informatics, human services/healthcare, or STEM fields with a focus on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Five years of hands-on analytic work involving heterogeneous datasets, structured data, and time-series data.
• Experience with data acquisition, analysis, and reporting using data warehouses and multiple sources.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, care management concepts, and reporting requirements.
• Ability to translate findings into dashboards, reports, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design reports that merge data from State data, data warehouse, and internal platforms like Jiva, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Develop and implement reporting strategies and dashboards to support Alliance staff and stakeholders.
• Perform data acquisition, analysis, and evaluation with MicroStrategy and Excel.
• Ensure reporting activities comply with external specifications and state requirements.
• Collaborate with Care Management leadership to monitor workflows and data integrity.
