Good Samaritan Windsor Water Valley is seeking a PRN Food Service Cook to prepare, cook and portion meals for residents and staff in a long-term care setting. You’ll follow menu guidelines, ensure sanitation, and maintain food quality across service lines.

The role requires basic math, good teamwork, and the ability to work varied shifts; Serv Safe may be required depending on location, with training provided as needed. Benefits and daily earnings access are offered where applicable.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Serv Safe may be required depending on location.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required depending on location.

Mansioni

• Prepares, assembles, cooks and portions food for residents, staff and visitors within menu and dietary guidelines.
• Adheres to HACCP guidelines and maintains sanitation in cooking and serving areas.
• Maintains labeling and storage of food and equipment and communicates with team members.
