Honor is seeking a Client Care Advisor to partner with families in selecting and starting in-home care, coordinating services, and maintaining ongoing engagement. This role blends consultative sales with care coordination and requires in-person field visits across Harris County, with strong documentation and relationship management.

The position offers a compensation plan with on-target earnings and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in a consultative, client-facing role (e.g., healthcare, senior care, social work, care coordination).
• Ability to guide clients through decisions and drive measurable outcomes (conversion, retention, service adoption).
• Strong relationship management with ongoing client engagement and adapting to evolving needs.

Responsabilités

• Own consult-to-start conversion by conducting high-quality consultations and guiding families to timely decisions.
• Lead service starts by coordinating care setup and mitigating onboarding risks.
• Drive retention and growth through ongoing client engagement, reassessments, and care plan adjustments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to families helping them navigate complex care decisions with clarity and confidence.
• Partner cross-functionally with scheduling, operations, and Care Pros to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Use data and systems to manage your portfolio, track performance, and maintain accurate documentation.
