Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Louisville is seeking a Senior Care Concierge to help senior adults live safely and independently at home. Youll deliver personalized support, including personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, in clients’ homes across the Louisville area.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, reliable, fluent in English, with a valid driver’s license and a willingness to work a flexible Part-Time/PRN schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care or caregiving, especially with seniors.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and enjoys helping others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients and families.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable working independently as part of a care team.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for transporting clients.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willing to work Part-Time/PRN including evenings and weekends.

Put your compassion, organization, and caregiving skills to work helping senior adults live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

As a Senior Care Concierge, you’ll provide personalized support based on each client’s unique needs, including:

• Personal care and assistance with daily activities
• Light housekeeping and home organization
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and outings
• On-time medication reminders
• Grocery shopping and other errands
• Meal planning and cooking
• Encouragement to stay active and fit
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Helping clients remain safe, independent, and well at home

Qualifications & Requirements

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have experience providing personal care or caregiving, particularly with seniors or adults with special needs.
• Are compassionate, patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping others.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Can communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Are comfortable working independently while also being part of a supportive care team.
• Have a valid full driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for transporting clients.
• Can safely lift up to 40 pounds.
• Are comfortable assisting with personal care, mobility, household tasks, errands, meal preparation, and other activities of daily living.
• Are dependable and willing to work a flexible Part-Time/PRN schedule, including the possibility of evenings and weekends.
• Are committed to providing respectful, dignified, person-centered care.

Work Setting

Care is provided in the homes of senior adult clients throughout the Louisville, Kentucky area.
