Job summary

Comfort Keepers, a leading provider of senior in-home care, seeks an enthusiastic Community Liaison for Durango, Colorado. You will be the face of our team, building relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, senior living communities, and community organizations while educating families about our services.

In this role you will visit hospitals, physicians, and local partners, represent us at events, implement marketing strategies, assist with admissions, and support caregiver

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and goal oriented.
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, physician offices, and senior communities.
• Represent Comfort Keepers at networking events, health fairs, and outreach opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and referrals.
• Assist with new client admissions for a smooth start to services.
• Conduct routine client check-in visits to monitor satisfaction and care quality.
• Assist with caregiver recruiting including job fairs and outreach.
• Support new hire orientation and coordinate with the office team.
