Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Community Outreach Specialist in the Denver area. You will blend compassion with marketing to build the ecosystem where Medicare Advantage members and Broker partners thrive, acting as the face of Devoted in the community and coordinating events and partnerships.

You will source opportunities, train external agents, collaborate with Broker Managers, and ensure compliance with CMS guidelines while delivering measurable ROI through community-facing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active insurance producer license in your state of residence (or obtain one within 90 days of hire).
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to travel across the local territory to manage events and relationships.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage industry and CMS compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with community gatekeepers and influencers to secure venues for agent prospecting.
• Source, plan, and host sales/marketing events and Medicare educational presentations for lead generation.
• Collaborate with Broker Managers to align outreach strategies and maximize ROI on community investments.
• Train and motivate external agents on community-based marketing best practices and lead generation techniques.
• Partner with local provider groups for strategic co-op marketing initiatives benefiting clinics and communities.
• Ensure all activities adhere to Medicare marketing guidelines and CMS compliance while tracking local ROI.
