CenterCare Hospice is dedicated to easing the burden of life-limiting illness and improving quality of life with compassionate care. The Community Liaison role serves Colorado Springs, Pueblo and nearby areas, engaging with communities to support our mission.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic, professional, and able to represent the organization while coordinating outreach and education in the service area.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year hospice Liaison/Marketing experience.
• Completes annual education requirements.
• Maintains regulatory requirements.
• Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
• Reports to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within designated time.
• Attends annual review and department in-services, as scheduled.
• Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.
• Actively participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.
• Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.
