Job summary

The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate service delivery, offers individual psychotherapy, and may provide supervision to MSW staff. Bilingual capability enhances service delivery in diverse communities. This on-site position serves the Los Angeles area including Pico Rivera.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CA Board of Behavioral Science).
• 2+ years experience with elderly/disabled or mental health/substance use populations.
• Master’s in social work required.
• BLS certification per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, location-dependent.
• Experience providing individual psychotherapy and/or leading group therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments and psych interventions to PACE participants (and families when appropriate).
• Consult with care teams on behavioral health issues and situations faced by participants.
• Coordinate service delivery and treatment recommendations with the PACE multidisciplinary team and community agencies.
• Provide clinical supervision to license-seeking MSW staff where appropriate.
