Diversicare is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical excellence across our network of skilled nursing centers. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will shape clinical systems, standards, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional care for our patients and residents.

With a BSN and preferred MSN, you will drive competency development, infection control, and regulatory compliance across multiple facilities, ensuring high-quality outcomes and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills in nursing administration.
• Experience coordinating clinical operations across multiple facilities.
• Ability to develop and implement clinical systems and standards.
• Proven track record of improving quality of care in long-term care settings.

Responsabilités

• Elevate Clinical Competency: establish and maintain robust clinical competencies for all licensed nurses, with ongoing education and monthly training.
• Strengthen Clinical Systems: develop and implement core clinical systems and guidelines across care standards.
• Enhance Quality of Life: monitor dementia care protocols and support social services in event management and regulatory compliance.
• Champion Infection Control: provide guidance on infection control and revise standards based on best practices and research.
• Lead with Impact: provide clinical leadership to multiple facilities to ensure best practices and patient outcomes.
