Job summary

Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical excellence across our network of skilled nursing centers. You will develop, implement, and monitor clinical systems, drive standardization, and champion infection control and quality initiatives.

You will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and guide multiple facilities to achieve optimal patient outcomes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Long-Term Care & Rehab.
• Experience as Director of Nursing in Long-Term Care.
• Experience managing clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Elevate clinical competency through education and monthly trainings.
• Develop and implement core clinical systems and guidelines.
• Monitor dementia care protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Provide infection control guidance and policy updates.
