Job summary

Diversicare is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead and shape clinical systems and standards across a network of senior care centers in Northern AL. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will drive clinical excellence and continuous improvement in care delivery.

You will oversee competency development, standardization of care practices, and infection control protocols, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient outcomes across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in the Long-Term Care & Rehab industry.
• Proven experience as a Director of Nursing in Long-Term Care.
• Demonstrated experience managing clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Elevate clinical competency through ongoing education and monthly training calls.
• Develop and implement core clinical systems and guidelines across centers.
• Monitor dementia care protocols and support social services and activities teams.
• Provide guidance on infection control and update standards based on best practices.
• Lead clinical operations across multiple facilities to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
