Ideal candidates hold a BSN and have 5+ years in Long-Term Care, with proven multi-facility management experience and a focus on continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred for advanced leadership.
• Minimum 5 years in Long-Term Care & Rehab.
• Proven Director of Nursing experience in Long-Term Care.
• Experience managing clinical operations across multiple SNFs.

Responsibilities

• Elevate clinical competency with ongoing education and monthly trainings.
• Develop and enforce core clinical systems and guidelines.
• Monitor dementia care standards and collaborate with Social Services and Activities teams.
• Provide guidance on infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Lead clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
