Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC in Northern Alabama seeks a Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical excellence across our network of skilled nursing centers. You will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and shape standards, systems, and education to improve patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate holds a BSN (MSN preferred) with 5+ years in long-term care, proven multi-facility leadership, and a passion for transformative clinical leadership.
Formación
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for leadership role.
- At least 5 years of recent LTC & rehab experience.
- Proven Director of Nursing experience across multiple facilities.
- Strong ability to lead clinical operations and initiatives.
Responsabilidades
- Establish clinical competencies and oversee ongoing nurse education.
- Develop and implement core clinical systems and care standards.
- Monitor adherence to dementia care protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Lead infection control initiatives and regulatory updates.
- Provide clinical leadership to multiple skilled nursing facilities.
