Job summary

Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking a caregiver liaison to lead client introductions to caregivers and confirm schedules. You’ll participate in client assessments and build strong relationships with families and caregivers through regular check-ins.

You will answer inquiries and help convert them into new clients while conducting QA visits. The role supports onboarding of new caregivers and requires strong communication, reliable transportation, and willingness to work some evenings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience (home care or senior care preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working some evenings and weekends.
